Piri Network’s mission is to promote cultural diversity on the university campus and to establish a prolific international student network that incorporates companies and institutions alike.

Purpose Statement
Tilburg University’s Piri is an international student network that aims to catalyze interaction among students with different cultural backgrounds. With some focus on Turkey, Piri aims to introduce Tilburg’s academic community with the wide array of Turkey’s social, historical and cultural values. In doing so, it will establish and maintain an intercultural bridge between Turkey and other countries. Another ambition of Piri is to contribute to the international awareness on campus and to hone the Tilburg academic sphere’s sensitivity towards cultural diversity. To achieve these aims Piri will organize social and academic events which aim to share cultural values and experiences through enhancing the interaction among students with different origins and cultural backgrounds. Piri also aims to provide support to its current and prospective members, as well as incoming exchange students, in terms of academics, internships and social life. For these ends it strives to establish a well connected and efficient international network that fosters close ties to the business world and to various institutions.
